The Microsoft Open Government plan allows local, state and federal government agencies to but software at reduced rates and Microsoft Exchange Online Plan 1 is among the products available under this plan. Exchange Online allows agencies to use Exchange as their email client without adding infrastructure costs to their budgets. Plan 1 includes 50 GB of mailbox storage and the ability to send messages up to 150 MB in size. Emails are managed using a web-based version of Outlook that is similar to Outlook on the desktop. Junk emails are reduced via Clutter, a program that will learn which emails received are valid and which ones are junk, allowing for a cleaner inbox. Users can also set up rules for email filtering. Security is of course of utmost importance and every mailbox in Plan 1 is protected with anti-malware in addition to the spam filters by Exchange Online Protection. The annual Plan 1 subscription includes customer support from Microsoft.

What's the difference between Office 365 and Office 2019?
